Cookie Policy

This policy covers our two sites: supermaxx.ai, our public website, and app.supermaxx.ai, the SUPERMAXX Studio where invited customers work. In plain terms: we store only what the sites need to work and to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep information in your browser’s local storage, which lasts until it’s cleared, and session storage, which lasts only as long as the tab. This policy covers all three.

On supermaxx.ai

Our pages on supermaxx.ai set no cookies and store nothing in local or session storage. Two outside services are involved when you visit:

• Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. It may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and to block abuse. Cloudflare also measures page views and page speed for us with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare says this tool doesn’t use cookies or local storage.
• Google Fonts. Our homepage and our Terms and Acceptable Use pages load a typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches it, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details. We set no cookie for this. This page and our privacy notice don’t load fonts from Google.

In the Studio (app.supermaxx.ai)

Cookies

• Sign-in cookies (strictly necessary). When you sign in, the Studio keeps your session in cookies whose names start with sb-. They keep you signed in and let the Studio confirm it’s you on each request. Signing out removes them.
• Sign-in security values (strictly necessary). When you confirm your email or reset your password, the Studio stores a one-time security value in a cookie of the same kind. It’s used only to finish that step.

The Studio’s own code sets no other cookies. Our hosting providers may set strictly necessary security cookies of their own.

Local and session storage

• Work in progress. The words you’re typing, such as a draft script, directions or your choices for a photo or video, are kept in session storage so a reload doesn’t lose them. The Studio also notes there where to pick up when you move between its pages. All of this is gone when you close the tab.
• Requests in progress. When you start a paid creation, a save or a checkout, the Studio notes the request in your browser. If the page reloads or the connection drops, it can then find the result instead of starting again or charging you twice. Some of these notes last only as long as the tab; others are kept in local storage. They hold reference numbers and, for some requests, the script or instructions you sent.
• Your last choices. The Studio remembers in local storage which Clone or AI Creator you used last, so it opens there next time.

Local storage can stay on your device after you sign out, until the Studio or you clear it. On a shared computer, clear this site’s data in your browser when you finish.

None of this goes to advertisers or analytics services. The Studio has no analytics or advertising scripts.

Payments

To buy credits, the Studio sends you to Stripe’s own checkout page at checkout.stripe.com. Stripe may set its own cookies there, under Stripe’s policies. We don’t load Stripe’s code on our pages.

Types of cookies and storage

• Strictly necessary: Cloudflare’s security cookies on supermaxx.ai, and the Studio’s sign-in cookies and requests in progress.
• Functional: work in progress and your last choices in the Studio.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics on supermaxx.ai only, which Cloudflare says uses no cookies or local storage. None in the Studio.
• Advertising and cross-site tracking: none.

Managing cookies

You can see, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings. If you block the Studio’s sign-in cookies, you can’t sign in. Clearing app.supermaxx.ai’s site data signs you out and removes drafts, requests in progress and remembered choices.

Changes

If what we store changes, we’ll update this policy and the date above.
